1 Stick Butter 5 Medium Onions, Chopped 5 lbs Raw Pork Bratwurst, no casings Emulsified Liver, Giblet & Heart (if available) 1 Bunch Fresh Parsley, chopped |
3 Eggs 2 Loaves White Bread 1/2 cup Water to moisten Bread 1 Tbs Ground Black Pepper |
Recipe Steps

In Large Pot, melt the butter and saute the onions until tender
|

Add the Pork Bratwurst and brown
|
3.
|
Add the Emulsified organs to the Bratwurst mixture and cook another 5 minutes
|
4.
|
Add the Parsley
|
5.
|
Tear or cut the white bread into a large bowl.
|
6.
|
Moisten the bread with water and eggs (use just enough water to moisten)
|
7.
|
Stir the moistened bread into the Bratwurst mixture
|
8.
|
Add pepper and stir in. Adjust pepper to taste
|
