Bratwurst Stuffing

Ingredient List

1 Stick Butter
5 Medium Onions, Chopped
5 lbs Raw Pork Bratwurst, no casings
Emulsified Liver, Giblet & Heart (if available)
1 Bunch Fresh Parsley, chopped
3 Eggs
2 Loaves White Bread
1/2 cup Water to moisten Bread
1 Tbs Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Steps

1. In Large Pot, melt the butter and saute the onions until tender

2. Add the Pork Bratwurst and brown

3. Add the Emulsified organs to the Bratwurst mixture and cook another 5 minutes

4. Add the Parsley

5. Tear or cut the white bread into a large bowl.

6. Moisten the bread with water and eggs (use just enough water to moisten)

7. Stir the moistened bread into the Bratwurst mixture

8. Add pepper and stir in. Adjust pepper to taste
