Beef Gravy-Basic

Ingredient List

2 Tbs Butter
2 Tbs Flour
2 Cups Beef Broth
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Gravy Master

Recipe Steps

1. Start with 2 tablespoons of fat left over in the pan after cooking meat (or substitute butter or margarine). Blend in 2 tablespoons flour over low heat, stirring until smooth. Slowly stir in 2 cups water and pan drippings. Boil gently five minutes. Stir in 1 teaspoon GravyMaster®. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 cups perfect gravy.

Special Notes

- Great option when you don't get drippings to make gravy.

- You can boost the gravy with chopped mushrooms, onions or sauteed garlic

- Original recipe called for 4Tbs of Butter and Flour, but gravy was too thick.
